Annually in December the Estate Agency of the Year Awards are held in association with The Sunday Times & Times newspapers with a glittering ceremony in London where over 650 leading property professionals from throughout the UK attend. Winners of the most highly regarded awards in the estate agency industry are revealed and are presented with the awards after a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 independent industry experts.
The successful winners are assessed on their initial entry submissions before being extensively assessed by a panel of 20 industry experts which includes over 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The judging process is overseen by the Property Ombudsman and now in its thirteenth year as a dedicated competition these awards have become widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win within the industry. With in excess of 6000 offices being represented only the very best of the best are crowned as winners.
